KittyKalls terms are very simple!
Call us before your holiday and we will visit you to talk about the service and meet your cat. We will find out about your requirements and if you decide to go ahead, we will ask you to complete a short form that authorises us to provide the service. You will also indemnify us against any expenses that may be incurred during your absence such as emergency veterinary bills, additional food if your return is delayed, etc.
Charges
KittyKalls currently charge £8.50 per visit for up to two cats. For each extra cat there is a £1 per cat per visit charge. From 1st April 2012 charges will be £9.00 per visit for up to two cats. For each extra cat there will be a £1.50 per cat per visit charge. These charges do not include cat food or cat litter which we expect you to provide in sufficient quantity to cover the period you are away. Mileage
KittyKalls is based in South Somerset and we will charge mileage on trips over 10 miles at a rate of 40 pence per mile. We base
this on the distance from your home to the nearest KittyKalls carer to minimise travel charges where we can.
As an example, on trips that are 12 miles from our nearest carer, we would charge you £1.60 per visit in addition to the
normal visit charge (2 miles over the ten mile radius x 2 as it is a return trip x 40 pence).

Bank Holidays
If you book Kittykalls to look after your cat on a Bank Holiday, there is a minimum charge of £20 per visit (£30 minimum per visit for Christmas day). Unfortunately, these are our busiest times and we regret that we have to apply this. Please book well in advance for Bank Holidays as we take bookings on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.
Keys To Your Property
We hold keys for many of our regular customers, enabling them to go away without the nuisance of getting keys to KittyKalls. Once you're content that you'll be using us long-term, we are happy to hold keys for you. For occasional customers, please arrange to drop your keys off before your departure.
